Group Training for Strength, Mobility & Longevity
Build strength. Move better. Stay capable
Our group training programs are designed to help adults 50+ maintain strength, mobility, balance and confidence for the things that matter outside the gym. Whether you're getting back into exercise or already active, we'll meet you where you're at and help you keep progressing.

Active Stretch & Flexibility
Move better. Feel better. Keep your body moving well.
Active Stretch & Flexibility is a guided class focused on maintaining and improving mobility, flexibility and overall quality of movement. Through controlled stretches and mobility exercises, the goal is to reduce stiffness, improve range of motion and help your body feel better during both exercise and everyday activities.
It is a great standalone class for anyone looking to move more comfortably, or the perfect complement to strength training and an active lifestyle.
Focus: Mobility • Flexibility • Recovery • Range of Motion • Movement Quality
Strength & Conditioning Circuit
Build strength, improve endurance and keep moving.
Our Strength & Conditioning Circuit combines resistance training, functional exercises and cardiovascular work into a full-body workout that can be adapted to your individual fitness level. You will move through a variety of stations designed to improve strength, stamina, coordination and overall conditioning.
The emphasis is not on keeping up with everyone else — it is about challenging yourself at the right level and continuing to build the physical capacity to stay active and capable.
