CrossFit Nipawin
Our group classes are for all fitness levels, from beginners to those that are in the best shape of their lives. To join our group classes you first must complete a consultation and on boarding session with one of our coaches. From there you can dive in with the rest of our athletes and get your sweat on!
Fitness Classes
Rise to the challenge and get some variety in your routine with our variety of fitness classes offered. You’ll train in a supportive, non-judgmental environment focused on engaging workouts that keep you accountable! We have amazing trainers and coaches that LOVE what they do...and we know you will be hooked after your first workout!
