Our CrossTrain is designed for people of all fitness levels. You will have the opportunity to perform constantly varied movements and workouts, all designed to assist you in reaching your fitness targets. Our programs empower each individual to achieve their potential both physically and mentally. Our fitness classes are all instructor-led and include a warm-up, strength and conditioning as well as mobility. We invite you in to be a part of our community and reach your health targets.
Meet The Coaches
Greg Sproat - CFL2
Greg is our head coach, a certified personal trainer, LV2 CrossFit coach and the owner of Hooked On Fitness. He loves seeing everyone succeed in the gym and leads by example by putting everything he has into each and every workout!
Karla Hayworth
Karla loves group training and the gym is her happy place. She is a great example that anyone can do CrossFit and she doesn't let anything get in her way...and she brings a positive and happy energy to every class!
Jan Heatherington
Jan has been one to continue to push her fitness levels in the gym. This experience and passion allows her to pass along first hand experience to her clients to help them perform their best in every workout!

New to Group Training
If you have never worked out before or are an experienced mover but have never tried CrossFit before, we have specific programs and scaling options so you feel met at your current ability. We offer all our new athletes a FREE 1:1 on-ramping session with a coach before jumping into your first class!

Visiting from out of town and need a box to drop-in on? Or looking to try out a different gym, experience different programming, and meet new people? Either way, we’d love to see you! Visit the schedule page for class times and let us know which class you want to drop-in.

Then Group Method is for YOU. Every workout is different, and since you will rarely do the same thing twice, you are less likely to lose interest or get bored. Because our workouts are rarely more than 50 minutes long they can fit into even the busiest schedules. Perhaps most importantly, we are confident that our athletes will see dramatic changes in their speed, strength, performance, and body composition!
